Come move and groove to your little one’s favorite songs! This class is for children and their grownups, and offers a range of choices to meet you and your child where you are at. At the end of class, we bring out toys for free play. We can’t wait to see you there!

Using props, stories, and imaginative games, dancers will learn the foundations of dance and master gross motor skills such as marching, balancing, hopping, rolling, and more! This class offers choices to help your child discover independent expression, and encourages cooperation with classmates to create simple dances.

Have a creative child on your hands? This class is for you! 

Students will not learn a choreographed dance from the teacher, but instead, they will tap into their independent expression to co-create dances with classmates. Taught by a professional in the field, students will learn choreographic techniques to guide and hone their artistry.

Designed for adults just starting dance, those returning to dance, and seasoned dancers alike, this class incorporates modern dance techniques, yoga, and release techniques to promote healthy moving and freedom of expression. We will explore ways to yield, push, expand, contract, and spiral in the body through floorwork and combinations that develop coordination and musicality, as well as strength and flexibility.
